This gives you confidence of knowing the building you are about to purchase. Every building ages and will display wear but building and structural inspections are there to ensure the overall framework of the building is in fair condition.

If your house is in construction or about to commence you might wish to get an independent construction report throughout the build to ensure the work being done is of the quality you are expecting. This is becoming increasingly popular and can be requested throughout any stage of the build.

If you come across a defect in a building report and you are a buyer or seller, we have the experience to let you know what your options are for the work involved to rectify those identified defects.

Once a building defect has been identified we can provide an estimate on the repair costs.

A dilipadation inspection and report can be requested on many fronts. If there is major work about to occur near your house, this may be required to ensure the condition of your house before the work and after hasn’t varied. It can also be used to share the overall “health” of a building and potential future maintenance required

Strata properties may have different requirements for common areas and each strata can be slightly varied. Our inspections are covered out to report on either the property you are about to purchase or the strata common areas.

Similar to Dilapidation inspections in that they both are concerned with the overall condition of the property, maintenance inspections set out to share a future plan for when maintenance items might be required.
